Aric Jason Rutkowski

Aric has been a member of the legal community in the St. Joseph County, Indiana area since 1998. The primary focus of his practice is family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody, parenting time and child support.

From 2011 to 2025, Aric served as the Magistrate in the St. Joseph Probate Court presiding over matters involving paternity, child custody, parenting time, child support and Orders For Protection.

In addition to representing clients in family law matters, Aric is available to conduct mediations and is listed on the Indiana Guardian ad Litem Registry.
